It is a digitization of new product introduction management system that enable customer to track their product testing route that correctly flown within an organization department and generate final testing report after each of the test completed. Engineering is the key department in this context and each department required to response or acknowledge receiving of the test information and initiate their respective works accordingly.
The objective of the system is to enable customer to eliminate manual procedures (to be specific handwriting) to transform into digitization of all the processes to avoid miscommunication among individuals within department.
